Residenza Sinibaldi è un antico casale situato nel centro storico di un piccolo e tranquillo borgo nelle colline dell’Umbria situato a 8 km da Perugia ed è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una serena vacanza. La Residenza è una casa colonica del XVIII secolo completamente ristrutturata immersa nella campagna con un ampio parco e piscina privati, situata a pochi chilometri dal centro di Perugia. Il casale di campagna è collocato in un luogo strategico per chi vuole visitare comodamente le più importanti città storiche e artistiche e gli itinerari archeologici dell’Umbria e dell’Italia centrale. Dalla Residenza è possibile raggiungere facilmente sia Perugia che le principali città dell’Umbria ma anche la Toscana e Firenze, il Lazio e Roma. La casa colonica è anche una base ideale per scoprire la natura dei dintorni, per praticare molte attività sportive all’aria aperta circondati da una splendida campagna, per conoscere le risorse tipiche e le tradizioni locali, la musica, l’enogastronomia, perchè è situata in un luogo geograficamente vicino alla maggior parte degli avvenimenti che l’Umbria offre durante tutto l’anno. Il casale con i grandi appartamenti indipendenti, l'ampio parco di circa 3000 mq con piante e fiori di ogni genere, la piscina privata (12 x 4 m, h 1.5 m), i giochi per bambini primo fra tutti un bel trampolino elastico offrono tutte le comodità per i momenti di riposo durante le vacanze. Quello che caratterizza la Residenza, oltre alla natura e al verde, sono sicuramente le rifiniture e il gusto antico che i proprietari hanno messo nella ristrutturazione del casale. La Residenza è suddivisa in 3 appartamenti indipendenti di cui uno è occupato dai proprietari. Negli appartamenti è stato mantenuto lo stile architettonico e gli elementi originari come le pietre antiche, gli archi, le travi in legno, conservando il sapore antico con l’originaria armonia del tipico casale umbro immerso nella campagna circostante. Gli appartamenti sono in grado di accogliere al massimo 11 -12 persone; sono dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per una completa vita quotidiana e sono perfetti per il riposo durante il soggiorno. Negli appartamenti sono stati preservati tutti gli elementi originari ma anche mobili e complementi d’arredo di un tempo, abbinati allo stile e al comfort moderno con il gusto e la passione dei padroni di casa. L’ampio parco con prato, ulivi, fiori e piante di ogni genere, alberi da frutto (curato personalmente dai padroni di casa) è a disposizione degli ospiti per rendere più confortevole la vacanza. Il parco è costituito da un giardino con giochi per bambini, primo fra tutti un bel trampolino elastico, sala da ping-pong, altalene e molto altro ancora.
All'interno del parco c’è la piscina privata aperta nella stagione estiva. Barbecue a disposizione nel giardino per pranzi e cene indimenticabili con tavoli e sdraio per i momenti di relax nella pace della campagna. Nel parco si può certamente godere in ogni stagione lo spettacolo di una spendida flora e di una deliziosa fauna costituita sia dagli animali dei proprietari ( un cane, un gatto e due galline) sia dagli animali stanziali del parco: ricci, rane, tortore, gazze, passerotti, merli, upupa, rondini, farfalle, lucciole, grilli...e molto altro! | | Residenza Sinibaldi is a characteristic ancient farmhouse located into historical centre of a rural village in a quite hilly area near Perugia, 8 kms; it is the ideal place to spend a happy holiday. The Residenza is a restored XVIII century farmhouse with a wide private garden and swimming pool at few kilometers from Perugia. The house is a strategical place for those willing to comfortably visit the most important historical and artistic cities of Umbria and Central Italy. From the Residenza Sinibaldi is possible to easily reach both Perugia and the principal cities of Umbria but also Tuscany and Florence, the Lazio and Rome. The house is an ideal base to discover nature, to practise a lot of sporting activities outside surrounded in a splendid country, to know typical resources and the local traditions, music, eno-gastronomic tradition and Italian food because it is geographically situated near to the greatest part of the events that Umbria offers during all the year. The house with the great independent apartments, the wide park of about 3000 square metres with plants and every kind of flowers, the private swimming pool (12x 4 meters, 1.5 meters high), the children playground, first of all a whole beautiful trampoline offers all the conveniences for the moments of relax during vacations. The characteristics of the Residenza, besides the nature and to the green, they are surely the finishing touch and the taste of the ancient one that the owners have put in the restructuring of the farmhouse. The Residenza is divided in 3 independent apartments which one is occupied from the landlords. In the apartments it has been maintained the architectural style and the native elements as the ancient stones, the arcs, the beams in wood, preserving the ancient taste with the native harmony of the typical Umbrian ancient farmhouse absorbed in the surrounding country. The apts. are able to welcome max 11 -12 people. They have all the necessary comforts for a complete daily life and they are perfect during the stay. In the apartments all the original elements have been preserved but also furniture, complements and old mobiles combined to the style and the modern comfort with the taste and the passion of the landlords. The large fenced park with lawn, olive trees, flowers and all kind of plants, fruit trees, maintained personally by the owner, is also made available to guests to make more comfortable on vacation. In the garden there are a children playground, first of all a beautiful trampoline, ping-ping room, swings and more. A outdoor swimming pool for only private use is available throughout the summer season. BBQs in the garden for unforgettable lunches and dinners with tables and sub beds for the moments of relax in the peace of the country. In the park you can enjoy in every season the show of a splendid flora and of a delicious fauna constituted both from pets (one dog, one cat and two chickens) and from the permanent animals of the park: curly, frogs, turtle doves, magpies, blackbirds, hoopoes, swallows, butterfly, fireflies, crickets, cicadas …and more! |
